Pathfarer Redux is a minimalist role-playing game using a d6-only system.
It is a reboot of Pathfarer, a TTRPG released in March 2025.

Inspired by the wave of OSR and other indie role-playing game projects, this quick-to-learn game system offers mechanics accessible to all player profiles, whether it is for creating one-shot adventures or long campaigns that emphasize character progression.

Only two double-sided sheets (or a single one with two pages on each side) suffice in order to detail the entire basic game rules, including the entire character creation process. From this base, multiple supplements can be added to the game to expand the options and mechanics available to the players and game master. This initial release includes a first compilation of four supplements, available for download below.
(contains: Advanced Armament, Advanced Magic, Miracles, Modifiers)

FEATURES :

Accessible d6 system with varied mechanics
Zero complex calculation during play
Easy-to-understand abilities and skills
Intuitive and streamlined combat system for both the players and GM
Open-ended magic system that encourages imagination
Straightforward but satisfying character advancement
Fully compatible and adaptable to any type of setting
